If in the rare case, JMCGP (at its sole discretion) authorizes a return, YOU MUST FIRST OBTAIN A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA) FROM JMCGP. Any return sent to JMCGP that does not have a valid RMA will be rejected and sent back to you. All shipping charges will be your responsibility.

You agree that any charges as described below are valid and nonrefundable. You are strictly responsible and assume full liability for any trades that you place or any profits or losses that you incur. As a purchaser, you agree and understand that you are receiving valuable proprietary information and trade secrets. JMCGP’s products and services are to be used for your own personal use only and are not to be retransmitted or shared in any way.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws rules, statutes or principles. You irrevocably agree and consent to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts or federal courts located within the County, Suffolk County, New York for the purpose of litigating any and all claims or disputes regarding or related to this Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto, and cannot be changed or terminated except by a written agreement signed by the parties.
NO Refunds: All Subscriptions sales are final. Subscriptions to any services are not refundable.
No returns of any forward monthly subscription may be made without first obtaining a RETURN
MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER from JMCG Partners, LLC. Of which we require, in writing 30 days’ notice for approval of an RMA solely for the monthly subscription.
